St. Tiger’s 1st EVER Pool Tournament was a hit! Sixteen players participated, which was a full roster, and several others attended as well. Attendees included an amazing cross-section of our San Diego communities, including the Leather and BDSM communities, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, the Bears, the Rodeo, and many others, all mixed in with a lovely group of our vanilla brothers and sisters! Congratulations to Demian, Boy Kevin, and Michael who placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively, and to the winning donors for those three, Russ, Vonn, and Bryan! Huge thanks to community members and businesses who donated prizes, trophies and supplies: Kiwi Distributing, Hillcrest Pawn, Baja Betty’s, The Leather Foundation, Urban Mo’s, #1 on Fifth, The Leather Journal, Lolita’s Toy Box, Lonnie, Nativa, Tina Goff. Special thanks to our volunteers and referees: Mr and Ms SDL 2012 Aaron and Wish, Annie, Bryan, PuP, the lovely caryl on the door, Russ, Michael, Jessica, Vonn, the Sisters, and also to Joe Martinez and Numbers Nightclub! The total raised was $716, and plans are in the works for another tournament! All proceeds support the Mr and Ms San Diego Leather 2013 contest, which will be held in San Diego city proper this year! Thank you San Diego for showing some love!
