Mental Health Resources in San Diego

The City of San Diego offers a variety of resources for Transition Aged Youth (TAY) (16-25 years old).

Pathways Community Services is one of the networks that focuses on mental health and recovery from addiction for TAY.

Pathways was founded in 1996 in response to increasing government initiatives to privatize human services.

The agency partners with local government and managed care companies, specializing in accessible, affordable, person-centered care.

Pathways is a recovery focused organization that values people and is passionate about the quality of services.

The Pathways staff engage with people to develop personalized goals that address their specific needs and work with them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
